Our Sources
Nourishing can be a spiritual exercise in the sense that it strengthens our character and impacts our peace and joy. Accordingly, many religions explore nourishing as an implicit or explicit part of their teaching. Many philosophies do as well. This checks as people of all ages, races, colors, and creeds have pursued truth since the beginning of time. We love to glean nourishing principles whether they come from a farmer, business person, monk, parent, philosopher, poet, politician, prophet, teacher, therapist, or zookeeper.
